Most traffic has been rerouted and connections have been restored as the standby site was brought in service by the carrier. Update: the SIM provider has resolved the network issue and all affected devices should be back online now.

There is a Managed SIM data network outage starting at about 5:00PM EDT 7/11/2019.

This affected the TK373 users in certain areas only. If you have your own SIM card, you are not affected.

The SIM provider network engineers are working on the issue and this thread will be updated for latest status.

Also please clear the browser cache and relogin again. It's usually caused by an outdated script cached by the browser.

Have you tried a different browser/computer?
Make sure you have adblocker disabled and clear the browser cache, then logout and re-login.
