Important Update: AT&T/Cricket SMS Gateway Shutdown in June 2025

We want to inform you that starting June 17, 2025, AT&T/Cricket will be shutting down its email-to-text and text-to-email services.
As a result, if you use an AT&T/Cricket phone, you will no longer receive text alerts from us.

Phone users on other carriers will continue receiving text alerts as usual and are not affected by this change.

To ensure you continue receiving tracking alerts on your AT&T phone, we encourage you to switch to push notifications through our app.
- Open our app and tap the gear icon located at the bottom of the map to access Account Settings.
- Navigate to the Alert Settings section.
- Check off Push Notification to activate alerts.
