Security measures for the tracked data

How secured is the information being stored by this site? I mean, is it hacker safe? what measures are being taken/in place to make sure all of the tracked data is not compromised? our company is considering this service for our 5 vehicle fleet.

It's not 100% secure but we are taking the best measures we can to secure the data. We have database server separate behind the firewall and have a third party security audit team monitoring the activities.

In a nutshell, the current data security level is equivalent to that of email. If you feel comfortable sending your positions to others over the net via email you should be comfortable using the service.

How about the login page, I don't think that the page is SSL encrypted is it? I don't see a lock at the bottom of my browser.

That would be a nice feature to make it more secure. We'll consider adding this.
