Problem Mapping Directions on One Computer

When logging in on one of my computers, looking at the History, and clicking on "MAP", I get a Error Pop-up, and a request to report it. This only happens on the one computer, and prevents my assistant from being able to get directions from where I'm at to where I want to go. Help???

What web browser were you using? Try a different browser: IE, Firefox or Opera.
