Geofence on the free service

Does the geofence work on the free service?
I am trying to send the alert message to
a cingular V3 razor phone and so far have
been unsuccessful. Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure you have correct SMS email address for your phone. Check this page for email address. Test this by sending a test message to your SMS email from your regular email account.

Should I put the SMS email in the email or SMS locate on the
account page?
