Up until yesterday we have been using 2 Nextel phones that track well and consistently. We had major storms yesterday and last night in the midwest and was wondering if AccuTracking is experiencing any delays or lost signal problems, tracking issues, etc.?

Thank you! (It is both our phones at the same time on the same day that stopped tracking.)

No problem here that I am aware of. Can you see any error message on the phone screen? Is there a cell tower outage?

The system shows no signs of abnormal activities. Please check:

1. If there is enough calling credit in your boost account if it's a boost phone.
2. Check the phone signal.
3. Check Nextel data outage in your area.
4. Send your username to support(at)accutracking.com.

There has been a Nextel data network outage since last night or early today. So far this seems to be regional but in affected region, all data applications (including Nextel's "Download Apps") will have a communication error. We are still waiting for Nextel's response.
