You have reached the maximum number of tracker IDs provided

Hi,

I've an account with two tracker id. I have tried to generate the third one but following message appears: "You have reached the maximum number of tracker IDs provided by free account"

I believe that limit is five phones, isn't it?

We are in the middle of re-orging the free service as it nearly reaches the system capacity after 2 years registration. The max number of IDs used to be "unlimit" but was reduced to 5 and now reduced to 2 to keep the system load reasonable. Sorry about this and please stay tuned for any updates.
