smart sending not working?

so...i got my i415 yesterday. installed everything....and it was working great. i was able to track my vehicle and everything.

this morning i drove to school. then i left school, went to best buy, went to a friend's house, then went back home. when i got home and checked accutracking...my history only showed my route to school and that's it! what's going on?

now that im home...im actually trying to force send, and it's still not working. my screen just says

satellites: 5....
no fix. waiting...

it's been like that for a good 30min.

help!

UPDATE: now the screen just says
satellites: 5....
cannot connect

what do i do?

"No fix. waiting" message means the phone cannot see enough satellites. Try a place with a good view of sky.

"Cannot connect" means the phone cannot contact server to send the data, due to poor signal or no data plan. Move to a place with strong phone signal and check again.
