Location Sticker- I must be missing something very simple...

I cut and pasted the text into a .htm file and when I double click the file it just opens an empty box.

I must be missing something very simple here.

I even emailed it to myself and it just shows up as all the text and not the "accutracking image with data"

Any help would be appreciated.

Im not a programmer so I do a lot of cut and pasteing.
