I am trying to enter the AccuTracking tracking number that I created on the cell phone.
On the phone's "Setting" page I have changed the setting to accept "numeric," then entered the four digit number that I created on the AccuTracking "Manage Client" page. After the numeric code is typed in (on the phone) and I click "OK" a new screen appears and says "Invalid tracker id." I have changed the GPS to "Unrestricted."
What am I doing wrong?
Tracking ID Number on Phone
When you clicked on the "Generate Tracker ID" button, the ID was created for you. On the Manage Client page, look at the Current Phone Clients table. In the table you should see your phone nickname and a column for the Tracker ID. It's a 12 digit number. This is the ID you need to enter into the app on the phone.
