Hearing a phone ring in car?

I have aTK373 installed in a vehicle. Someone other than me that drives that vehicle has twice said they've heard a phone ringing in the vehicle. Their passenger at one of those times also heard it. Is there a speaker on this tracker? What would be the explanation for this?

The tracker has no beeper or speaker that makes sound itself. Have you had the car thoroughly checked for other devices?

I'll find it myself. Just wanted to make sure it wasn't the 373.
