Color Icons on Full Screen

I understand all of the color icons located on the left hand side of the screen. The different color triangles shows how long since last update. battery levels. gps level. phone signal. I just dont understand the color scheme on the maps. My phones right now have all full strength phone, battery, gps, and were all update within 0 mins ago. And all of direction arrows and circles while the vehicle is stationary are sometimes different colors. Even when going the same speed. I was just wondering if anyone knows the difference in colors on the full screen maps. Sometimes the arrows and circles are green, yellow, orange. Someone let me know if I am missing something obvious. Thank You

I agree it's a bit confusing. The icon colors on the map have different meaning than those on the left panel. They are intended to show how long the unit has remained stationary:

Green - was moving in the past 5 minutes
Yellow - was moving in the past 30 minutes (but no movement in the past 5 minutes)
Orange - was moving in the past 24 hours (but not in the past 30 minutes)
Red - not moving in past 24 hours, or no data from the phone

The shape of the icon shows the latest move direction.
