No, you need to add a data plan.

1mb for $9.99 data will most likely cover you unless you leave it on 24/7.

If anyone uses Accutracking and watches how much data they use per month (average) lemme know. The connect as you go plan doesnt sound like a bad idea cuz im not gonna be using this ALL that much. But im not sure how much data this app uses. Thanx

According to the FAQ:

5. Is there any other cost? How much is the minimum?

You pay your phone carrier (Nextel) for the service plan (monthly fee). The required service plan is Nextel Total Connect Service. If you use the phone solely for tracking use, you can enable only Total Connect and disable all other services (voice, SMS, Web...), it may cost you only $2.99 (Total Connect As-You-Go plan) plus other cell phone mandatory charges. We recommend you enroll in Total Connect 1 MB plan, which is sufficient for average use of AccuTracking.
