Which of these two trackers will be able to update every 5sec intervals ? Looking to add another tracker to my account.

Neither does. The fastest you can set on this trackers is about 15 seconds.

Which one would you recommend that will allow us to track 5 sec intervals ? Also do you still sell the TK104 i don't see it listed on your online store ?

TK104 are all sold out. We don't have any device that updates every 5 seconds.
