Ptel or TK104??

My tracker keeps stopping. The green led light is on constant, which is no GSM. However I know it's getting good signal. When in this state it will not respond to any commands. The only solution is to physically restart it. This happens every 2-3 days. I've never gotten more than 3 days without having to do this. Does anyone else have this problem?

Power off the tracker and take out the SIM card, use a dry cloth to clean the SIM. Then push it back into the tracker securely. If it happens again (and you bought the tracker from us), contact our support for a free SIM replacement.
