Zoom in

I tracked a robbery vehicle the other day and it worked very well. The only problem was that the vehicle entered a cell black hole for about 20 seconds and when it got signal I could see what north/south street it was on but not a close cross becasue the zoom was to far in. Is there a way to keep the zoom at a certain level? Obviously I had it at 10 second refresh so by the time I tried to zoom out on my patrol car laptop using 3g it had refreshed.

We have the "fullscreen" mode that does the refresh automatically and keeps the zoom level: from the "Tracking" page, click the "Fullscreen" link above the map, then you'll see the fullscreen map. Now click the link to your unit on the lefthand side panel, and a small map window would pop up. This small map would keep the zoom level and auto refresh.
