AccuTracking on HTC Touch Pro (Sprint) "Refreshing"

Post by jdancu »

I currently got AccuTracking on my HTC Touch Pro (Sprint) and so far it has been working great. Are there any recommended settings that has to be used to make it work better or something I believe I have my cache at 5000 around that area and just now I put AccuTracking on and I thought it was tracking after about 5 miles and 15 min of driving but when I checked it said Refreshing... And no data was recorded at time I was driving. I then exited and restarted app and all was good it said ....sent at ... And when I check tracking info it shows up... Is this normal why did it say refreshing

"Refreshing" usually means the phone needs a better view of the sky to "see" the satellites. Also the very first GPS acquisition is the hardest to obtain so it takes time to get the first fix.

Put a 1 minute just for testing. 6000 cache size is fine for such a high end phone.
