Boost i425 phone

I am setting up my i425 phone. I got as far as putting in the tracking code in the phone. The feild on the phone will only let me put in 9 digits and the tracking ID is 10 digits??

When I highlight the accutracking icon and hit menu is shows "java apps" w/ options of deinstall, permissions, License info. When I start accutracking and hit the menu button nothing happens. The only choices i see are OK and Cancel

I think you are on the setup screen. Just enter your tracker ID then press OK.

It was only taking 9 digits...I tried it several times...rebooted, still just 9. I took it to a Friends to remove and reload from his comp...he tried the 10 digits and it worked....
