Java Software reprogramm

Is it possible to have Accutracking software's name changed in the software so no one knows they are being tracked? like someone else once mentioned that someone who know's java programming could change the name of the function when it is running in the background to some other phone function like "optimzing battery" for example. Maybe I could order this with this already preprogrammed.

Thankyou very much for a timely response. Since you all are out of the i415
i'm going to pick up one from a local store here. Hopefully i can get all the data cables as well so i can get the service going. Thanks
