un-delete

I was trying to delete a geofence today while talking to someone on the phone so I wasnt paying attention to what I was doing and accidentally deleted the entire unit instead of the geofence. Is there any way of recovering that unit without creating a new tracker ID? The device is out in the city and I can't go get it to program in a new Tracker ID. It was the device nicknamed Jet Ski. Thanks.

The only way to add the old ID back is to get the device and find out the tracker ID, then email that to our support. I understand the device is not with you right now but the good news is that the phone is still working normally now and there will be no tracking data loss. Once the old ID is restored you'll be able to view the history data online.
