up dating

Is there somewhere to go for instructions to up date to another version of accutracking? I already have it on my phone but not sure how to do the update.Everything is already downloaded to my comp but need instructions how to do the update on the phone. I have the i415 Thanks

I downloaded the up grade version from the link you sent me for the free account to try and solve the stalling and reseting issues.But I have to say this newer version is a disaster.It runs fine but now skips time alot.I have it set for the 1 min. I am using the i415. Now it seems to report every min for a few min then will hang for 5, 10 min and sometimes up to an hour or more then click back in and track every min for awhile then stall. Any suggestions? I would rather have stayed with the version I had to reset every once in awhile comparied to this. Thanks for any help

That indicates the network coverage is poor in your area and the upgraded version just fails the connection. The old version didn't fail that often but risked hanging.

The old free version is not publicly available now but you can write to our support for a copy.

Alternatively I'd suggest you try the latest commercial version 3.3.0, which has many new features over the free version. The free version is on a separate code base and has stopped development since 2005.

Yes, the same "upgrade" steps to overwrite the installed version.

Having some trouble reloading the old version. When I tried to reload it didn't seem to take.Now I get an error that says V M class loading error. and I have a red X where it says loading class. Maybe I'm not waiting long enough for download? Any help would be appreciates. On the web jal box it also says accutracking uninstalled. What did I do?? Thanks

Try uninstall the old version first then install the newer version. Also re-download the zip file to your PC.
