I got new iden phone with data package! I install Accutracking in my phone (i830)? I can see the messages i have send with application but for the location it's always right no data! Somebody can help me for fix this probleme please!!

iDEN phones optionally use AGPS. The phone chipset will try to get a fix from satellites first. if it cannot, it'll try to obtain the AGPS assitant data from the carrier's server to help get a fix. The error means neither position information (timeout) nor assistant data is available.
You would need to go to a nice open air space and get your first GPS fix once, then the following fixes will be much easier within rough coverage area.

more E825, even from top of a hill
I have a new i415 starter kit and got it working. However, I can get an e825 message even when I am at the top of a hill with no obstruction around other than a two story house and trees. How can I get this error unless the phone itself has issues picking up the gps signals?
A highly technical answer is fine by me.
Also, once it did get a lock after about 5 min, the location is very inacurate, as much as 300 feet off the true location. And it moves around considerably. I thought the typical accuracy was much better, usually less than 100 feet off. Am I supposed to be satisfied with 300 feet?
I bought this system to compare to VehiclePath, which seems to be much more accurate and does not have as many lock issues (but I like the user interface much better on AccuTracking, and the monthly cost is half that of VehiclePath). I am hoping to get help here, maybe even replace this phone, to give AccuTacking a fair chance.

The car has been stationary for the last 3 hours.
AccuTracker is reporting that the car left and reentered the geofence for home!
It has showed it is traveling at 2 miles per hour twice.
It has shown that the car is 500 feet from its true location.
Surely this is not normal.
Can someone tell me definitively if I have to live with this or if I can make an adjustment/setting change to improve things,/or get a new phone?

That could happen due to hardware noise or GPS signal reflection on big objects (buildings, clouds), though very rarely. Signal reception could be unstable some times like when you are on other satellite system (DirectTV for example). On the phone hardware-wise, please check to make sure the power supply doesn't surge, battery not dying, or other interference like lighting.

Ok, no lightining, no ac power supply attached, battery fully charged, no satelite dishes, "uniform" overcast, no rain.
It looks like if I hold the phone vertical, I can eventually get a lock, but not horizontal like it would be if it was on top of the dashboard.
My conclusion so far is that the most likely candidate is "due to harware noise", ie a marginal S/N ratio on the GPS sensor input.
Is there a test that I can use to disprove this (to me) most likely situation?
