I notice that when i'm logged in to forum and hit Tracking link above that it kicks me into the member log in page,than i have to re log in again.

2 different applications....
I too wish that there were an option to remain "always logged in"

Good point. Now the session expiration has been extended and a "remember me" option has been added.
