Max Total Records = 200?

It seems as if the maximum number of total records maintained by the database is only 200.

Is there a way to increase the max total records?

There is no limit to the total records on the phone history page. They are split into pages, and have 100 records per page. You can click on the page number to get different pages.

Also note you can change the date range on the history page.
