first off, is this the right plan to get?

third, can i get this plan with a prepaid service?

I am already locked in for three years with AT&T

but i really need this service
to protect my motorcycle.

ANY comment would be apreciated.

No that's not the right plan. The correct one is "Mike Packet Data Plan":

Lots of users are in Canada so no problem in GTA (Great Toronto Area?

).

Some Nextel users got the prepaid phone work (see discussion here). Not sure about Telus Mike.
