Im screwed. Everytime I try to login to (MAM)

I get this message. I tried it on two different computers.
Authentication failed due to NextelException :: Error#4905: User does not have the required access level for this application.
I can login at nextel.com but when i get to mam it asks me to login again
and I get that error message.
what do I do now
Is the phone registered under your name? In other words, is the phone bill sent to you under your name? Nextel allows only account owner to upload apps.
Nextel.com login credentials cannot be used on MAM login. You have to register for MAM separately. When you click "Register Now" on the MAM page https://my.nextel.com/wps/portal/regist ... RegLanding, they ask you for the Account Number. Otherwise you don't have permission to upload apps to phone.
