OK I must not be to smart . Help !!!!!!

On the Installation Guide page. It says Download AccuTracking installation file for your phone here. does that mean download to my cell phone or my computer. Next: please refer to the manual of your loader...what is my
loader? Next: Go to Nextel Mobile Account Manager and click application library. am I using my computer or phone to go there?
And when I go to nextel with my computer I don't see any application
library. All I see is Mobile Application Manager . Thanks for your help.

You need to login to MAM from your desktop, and then upload the file to MAM.
