I265 install

I've tried to install application on my I265 R3B.00.03 but receive the following error: Failed Download Status code:904 Attribute mismatch please retry. What can I do?

Yes, I read that first. However, it does not supply the outcome. The I265 is on the website as a phone that can be used. Could you provide further assistance?

I don't suppose you can tell me when soon is? I just purchased this phone only to use with your software. Now I have a phone and a 2 year committment for service. I guess if I had to they may let me change phones. What phone works best?

If that's the case, you can change to a i730, i830 or a i860. They work perfectly.
