I have everything installed and it works on my phone but i can not track it on the pc. can someone help me with this

You need "Total Connect Plan" from Nextel.

Based on your sticker, it looks like you are not sendind Data.

Are you sure that you have a compatible web plan? You need Total Connect.

The software IS free. At least I don't remember sending a check to AccuTracking in order to use it.

I know what you mean. Getting angry with AccuTracking because Nextel charges for a data plan is kind of like getting angry with the hammer after one smashes their thumb with it.
