What is the process for hotwiring a boost mobile to the car battery so that it is always on? In otherwords what cable do I use? Do I just run it straight to the battery? Does it need some sort of voltage regulator? etc....

The uninstall process is really easy, you do it from the phone itself. The webjal install can be tricky but once you understand what you are doing you'll be able to do it with your eyes closed. Here is an easy link to webjal and patching it etc...you follow it to the T and it will all be well, if ...

Thanks Jose, I had seen that but, since I just want to update the software on a phone that already runs AT, I was hoping to not have to go thru the 20 steps listed there. :shock:

Erroneous Geofence Alerts
I've been loving this device but have been receiving Geofence alerts when the car (ie, phone) is safely tucked in the garage.
I got about 8 of them this weekend.
This really takes the confidence out of depending on these alerts for theft detection.
Anything that can be done about this?
