Make sure you are running v2.1 or later. There was a bug with Smart Sending disabled prior to this version.

Has anyone had a problem with this. I only get reports when smart sending is enabled. When its not I can't seem to get it to work.
And the phone has been moved.

With smart sending enabled, it will only send a position report if the phone has been moved. If not, it will not send another report as there is no updates available.
If you turn off smart sending, it will send a report every time.

If the smart sending is enabled. Then the phone went to another location
then stayed there. Will I be able to track it ? Or did I have to check it while it was traveling there.
