No tracking for 13.5 hrs

The Tracking stopped yesterday at 5.53 pm it is 7.25 am now.
The unit has the
Hot GPS on= ON
Smart Reporting= Off
Cell Tower= ON
Interval= 1 min
There have been no updates to the location since last evening.

Can you tell what is going on here????

Did you check this troubleshooting page? Battery might be out.

The phone is hard wired to the battery of the car, the battery is full.
All the 3 indicators are at the MAX, Sat, Tower and battery.
It did come back on line and posted the location at 8:05 am this morning after a gap of 14 hrs.
At present, although the interval is set to 1 min, it gives location after about 3-28 mins.
The indicators are at full all the time, and it is not uploading the cached location data as well.

Since you have "cell tower fix" ON and no reports, I would think it is the cell signal issue instead of GPS view issue. The phone might be in an area that is really hard to get cell signals.

But if the 3 indicatios are all at the MAX, the Sat has 4 green bars, the Tower has 4 Green Bars, that would indicate that the signal is OK, but still there are updates every 3-28 mins, and there are no cached records sent for the time inbetween...

Also, can I recharge the account with you using an AmEX card rather than Visa or MC??

There might be cached data waiting on the phone. I think it's the signal up and downs causing this. When it's up, the signal is fairly good, which is why you see greens online for data sent. Since you don't have phone on hands, we can only speculate the cause but I think this is likely it.

We don't process amex now sorry.
