AccuTracking

I have been trying to log into my mobile account for 2 days... but everytime I try it resends me to the log in page with my user name and password erased .... what's causeing this .... or am I the only 1 who is getting this problem

What mobile device were you using to access the mobile site?

i was using my cell phone ( a side kick 3) the same 1 i was using for the past few months ... i can access the reg site from it but not the mobile

Can you do the following so I can troubleshoot:

1) Use your phone browser go to http://whatismyip.com then let me know your IP
2) Use your phone browser go to our mobile site http://mobile.accutracking.com . This will log your IP in our server log so I can check what's wrong.

my ip is 216.220.208.238

i tried to log in but its still doing the same thing ..sending me to a blank log in screen.....

The log shows your login was all right but the page was not redirected after logging in. Can you please do the following:
1) Clean your browser cache if possible. Or reboot the phone.
2) Try again. If the redirect still doesn't work, try to go to http://mobile.accutracking.com/html/members.php after logging in and see if the tracking page comes up.

I have 2 seperate phones and I can not access the site also . worked fine for the last month and a half. when I log in it sends me back to the sign in page

its working now ... thanks dont know what caused it though

all is ok now .... I have been able to log in without any problems .... it had me puzzled for a spell because I cleared all my cookies and reset my sidekick ...
