Blackberry 12 digit "Field Full" error

I have a 7520 blackberry and installed the latest accutracking software, but the tracking ID is limited to 10 digits (the pay for ID number). I tried to find a "free" version of the software but was unsucessful. How can I use by blackberry with my free accutracking account?

The free account doesn't support BlackBerry tracking.
