Is anyone having trouble loading Motorola's WEBJAL (java application loader)? I'm getting an error message "appication was unable to retrive required info from server"

MOTODEV told me last Sunday they were performing maintenance on the user authentication functionality for WebJAL. They gave me a temporary username and password this week but it's useless cause the application won't load.

Stuck and hating it.
