I think Accutracking is making sound... any way to silence?

My phone is going "beep beep" every now and then. It's two short quick beeps separated by a short quick silence. I could be wrong but I have a feeling it is the Accutracking program that is making this noise. I think it only made this sound while it was first powering up and finding satelites. I have my phone on a profile where all the volumes are turned down all the way. Does the Accutracking app make sound? If so can this be disabled?
Thanks!

The AccuTracking software itself does not make any sound. If you hear the buzz from your car speakers, it's the radio interference from the phone antenna when the phone is making data connection to the tower.

it may be the program asking for permission for the gps data, set that to always.
Also, it may be someone chirping your phone. even if the volume is set to 0 on everything, that would still be out loud.
