So i went from the free service to the paid service and while the upgraded features totally kick a@@ and my starter-kit i415 has been working beautifully, I am running into a problem
i get tons of emails for the leave/enter "fenced" areas when the car is sitting still...... problem is that this is pretty intermittant.. sometimes i'll get 8 emails (4 "leave", 4 "enter") when my car has been sitting at work all day
is this anything to be concerned about? or should I just be happy that i no longer need to get to the phone to reset it and all that anymore, which is already well well WELL worth the $5.99 a month extra it's going to cost me

What's your fence radius? If it's less than 500 ft, you could get false alarms like this:

I've currently got two fences setup... both are at 500 feet....
I'll remove and recreate them and bump them up to 750 and see if it improves....
Here's an example of what happens, and this was this morning, and this happens all the time, even sometimes when the car is dead parked
Left my house:
Unit "My415" leaves the geofence "Home" at 8:04:46 AM
Then, moments later i get this email (notice the time?)
Unit "My415" enters the geofence "Home" at 7:32:28 AM
3 mins later
Unit "My415" leaves the geofence "Home" at 8:08:04 AM
Followed immediately by (again, some time Vortex or something)
Unit "My415" enters the geofence "Home" at 7:51:04 AM
3 mins later
Unit "My415" leaves the geofence "Home" at 8:10:49 AM
Let's do the time warp again
Unit "My415" enters the geofence "Home" at 7:56:59
3 mins later
Unit "My415" leaves the geofence "Home" at 8:13:29 AM
Thankfully it stopped at that point......
Now rest assured that I wasn't driving around in circles or anything

So your new I415 comes with new firmware and java version? according to AT support that is the problem and not the AT software.... what version java and firmware do you currently have if you don't mind sharing...? I'd like to have my phone on for at least a month without a reset, its location makes it a real pain but can't justify the monthly AT paid service...plus if the real problem is java/firmware related I'll be in the same situation it sounds like.

I've had my starter kit since back in Feb... did the software upgrade myself with the included USB cable.....

So the geofence alert email stops now? If no, just email me your account name and I'll look into this. Thank you.
