Nextel Phone Service Outage??

Is anyone experiencing outage or busy singnals when calling to a Nextel subscriber phone from a Lingo VOIP phone? I experienced this 7/15/06, 8AM --

I just rebooted the lingo box and cable modem. This issue dissapeared.
