Distance Accuracy

Does anyone know how accurate this type of tracking is in distance? So far mine has been fairly on target but sometimes it looks like it may be off 0.1 of a mile or a bit more.Or is the vehicle really at that stopping point? Thanks for anyone ele;s experience in how accurate it is.
