I have an i355 that has been working for some time. Just recently when I launch the accutrack program, the phone receives a error msg. "No Fix. Waiting" The only way to get rid of this message is to power off the phone. I have taken the phone outdoors to an open area and tried again, so no luck. What can I try next?

Can you fix with the phone's built-in GPS? It's under "menu" > "More..." > "GPS" > "Position" > "Rfrsh".

Set to "Unreistricted" under "menu" > "More..." > "GPS" > "Privacy" and try a fix again.
thank you

I'm having the same problem, but I'm using my crackberry 7510. This answer was a huge step in the right direction for me, but when I did the "Refresh GPS", it didn't find any satellites...???

I presume this is an issue...
Thanks!

First make sure the phone has a good view of the sky. It takes a bit longer on Blackberry to get the first GPS fix. So take the phone outdoors and wait a bit longer (30 minutes).
On Blackberry, the GPS permission is controlled by phone options. From the phone idle screen, go to "Options" > "Location Based Services" > "Privacy Setting" and change that to "Unrestricted".
You might also want to check the per-application based permission:
"Options" > "Advanced Options" > "Applications" > "AccuTracking" > "Edit Permissions", then make sure "Connections" > "Location (GPS)" is set to "Allow", and "User Data" is set to "Allow" too.
i415 similar problem

Does this also apply to i415 phones?

No it's BB only. For i415 see my post above.
