AccuTracking

I registered about six months ago and forgot all about this. I was waiting for a plane and got bored so I started playing with my phone and "rediscovered" AccuTracking, when I put in my id it says it is invalid, I went to teh site and tried to retrieve my information (although I know I put it in correctly) and no go.

Can someone help me?
