Nope. You get $10.00 in Boost Credits included with the phone. After you use that up, you'll need to either go to Target, WalMart, 7-11, etc and buy a new Boost "re-Boost" card or just buy one online. I recently bought a $20.00 credit online for $16.00 (ebay)
Also, it's not really $10.00 a month for service, Boost charges you 20 cents a day for the Mobile Web fee which is the only recurring fee required for the tracking. That works out to be about $6.00/month.

Have you contacted the Boost folks to confirm that your data access plan is operational?

If you just purchased today, that might be the issue. Data can take 2 or 3 days to get fully activated.

You also should call Nextel to make sure you have MMS (Multi-Media Service) enabled.

What's the error message on the phone screen? After "sending data", does it show "Cannot connect"?
