Not sending data?

Something is not right. The last time data was sent was a few days ago while I was at work. How can I figure out why my phone has stoped sending data every 2 minutes like I have it setup?

Have you tried a reboot?
Are you seeing satellites (you need 4 or more to get a fix)
I can't be tracked anymore... :(
