I created two accounts for two different phones. I want to add the tracking ID of the other account to my account but it seems that the tracking id numbers are not editable. How can I add this number to my account?

That's by design for privacy consideration. If you want two phones consolidated to one account but with two different logins, you can use the 'sub-account' feature (click 'account' > 'sub-account').
