Anyone know about using Datebook for starting accutracking

Here is what I put in my setup.
Subject: Accutracking
Location: blank
Start 7.00am
Duration: all day
Date: I filled in tomorrows date
Repeat; daily
Reminder off
Profile: no change
App: Accutracking
My question is should I leave the start time blank ? I want it to run everyday all day. Also do you have to put in a date.
Has anyone got this working using datebook...thanks
