I have the i275 and I downloaded the i265 version of AccuTracker and have the Total Connect Pkgt (1MB). I have successfully loaded the software and the application seems to be functioning. I do NOT get any information/data on the website when tracking. Suggestions?

Sometimes total connect takes 3 or 4 days before it works... have you allowed that much time?

A good test is to download the Reqwireless web browser and confirm that you can browse.

Update: Looks like there may be issues with that download of Webviewer. Read the comments.

I use the program here, and it works fine, but browsing to the Reqwireless site it looks like they may not be doing any business right now....
Where can I purchase your applications?

Reqwireless WebViewer, EmailViewer, HotViewer, and GotMailViewer are no longer available for purchase.

Thanks for the Web Browser test to verify. Still have to try it. NOTE: I still get No Data at the AccuTracking Website. When I attempt to manual Send, each and every time I get the "DATA CORRUPT" error message. Any thoughts?

That error message means the phone sends data to server in an unknown format. This sometimes happens if the software was installed over air via Nextel MAM. You need to do a clean uninstall then reinstall AccuTracking on your phone:

1. On the phone, uninstall AccuTracking
2. If you use Nextel MAM: unassign AccuTracking from the phone, remove AccuTracking app; reupload the jad and jar file to MAM; assign to phone.
3. Install on phone.

If you use cable to install, do step 1 then re-download the zip from our front page and reinstall.

P.S. This error message indicates your phone is talking to server, which means the Total Connect is in place.
