I'm not able to view any information on the web. YES I have Total connect on both of my phones. If anybody has any suggestions I would love to hear it.

Support please help

I was able to get the phone to send information but still no report on the website :?: Any help or ideas would be great. Thank you

It appears that your Total Connect is not working. What was the error message on the phone?

I'm not getting an error message on the phone, it tells me the information was sent but still nothing shows up on the web page?

Sorry, I take the above statment back. After the satellites get a fix on my location, I push the send button manually. The screen tells me the phone is "sending data" then it says "cannot connect"? I called Nextel to tripple check if everything is setup right on my account. They cannot find anything wrong with my account.

That assures me it's a Total Connect plan problem. Check old topic HERE for how to diagnose connection.

Do I need a web plan on the phone? I have a data plan, which should be fine with a JAVA program? Would it help if I give you my IP address to make sure your server is accepting it?

What's the name of your plan? Nextel calls it "Total Connect" or PacketStream. Other than that, "data plan" sounds not right to me.

Also, check the signal strength.

My plan is "Total connect" As far as the signal. How many satellites am I supposed to be connected to? I range from 6 to 10 satellites then it says" position required" I hit send and either it times out or "cannot connect" is displayed or I get "E825 NOT LOCKED"?

You'll need to register in the forum first but anyway just email support@accutracking dot com. "E825" is irrelavant, just mean you didn't get the position fixed. "Cannot connect" indicates a network problem. Did you try Connect?webviewer to verify your Total
