AccuTracking

One of my drivers just discovered messaging via Accutracking. I've looked everywhere on this site, but can find nothing documenting this feature -- only a couple of places where its existance is menbtioned. Have I missed something or is there really no explanation/documentation anywhere on this site?

Is there a way to modify or add to the available list of messages without the user having to manually enter something each time the feature is used?

Besides the built-in messages, the user will have to enter manually for custom messages. But they would appear in history so you won't enter a second time later. And sorry for not documenting that - will be added shorty.

Is it possible to send messages TO a phone? I could really use that..

No it cant because the AccuTracking system was based on the one-way transmission model - phone to server. In other words, the phone software is not acting as a server to listen to any incoming connections. This model is sufficient for tracking purpose but not enough in sense of dispatching.
