Could be your phone has a new firmware that Nextel MAM doesn't support yet.

I would suggest trying to install with a data cable.

3b.00.03 is listed on the nextel application manager page as a supported version of firmware. does the application support this version?

We don't have 3b.00.03 phones. Try to remove the jar from MAM and re-download. Also, try the i710 version.

We are investigating and will get back in about 1 week.

[Update:] AccuTracking is not currently running on i265 new firmwares. I am now not able to give the date for it to work but the investigation still goes on.

Two versions for i265 are now in beta download area. They are slightly different and one might work with the new firmware. Try both and let me know which one works on your i265.

I tried both of the versions and did not have any luck at all. Received the same error that was reported earlier. Look like I will have to try another product. :(

If the error you got was "904 attribute mismatch":
Before uploading jad/jar to Nextel MAM, make sure you've deleted every previously uploaded jad/jar from MAM page.

This from Nextel may help:
From Motorola/Nextel:

Problem Definition: MAM users will get the following error when they try
to download a application:
Failed Download with status code:904(Attribute Mismatch) Please retry

Scope: Phone models i710, i830, i860, and i730 (ROM 9).

Problem Source: Users try to upload new versions of an application
without modifying one of three attributes in the JAD file (MIDlet-Name,
MIDlet-Vendor and MIDlet-Version). When such applications are assigned
to handsets, downloads fail with this error.

Recommendation:
Scenario 1 - New Applications: When creating a new application, the
developer should: (a) update one or more of the attributes mentioned
above (e.g. MIDlet-Version) and (b) recompile the application. The MAM
Administrator can then upload and assign the application to any old or
new handset and the download should work without any issues.

Scenario 2 - Existing Applications: Enterprise has a new version of the
application that was created, uploaded and assigned to old and new
handsets. The download works for old handsets but fails with the 904
error for new handsets.
. Create another new version of an application following the
instructions in Scenario 1.
. Delete the old application and its assignments from new handsets.
. Assign the new application to new handsets.
. Have the user download the application again. This time it should
work for a new handset that previously received a 904 error.

After clearing the old uploaded jar/jad in MAM, try this one: http://www.accutracking.com/downloads/b ... 265-30.zip

I followed the directions and cleared my MAM and used the latest download for my i265, but it says that the "suite currupted" when I look at in Java apps. Now what?

If I purchase a data cable, will this help? I just bought the phone yesterday and will return it if accutrack works better on another phone.

Thanks in advance,

Adam

Quite a few users has reported problems installing on latest i265 firmware. If you could try another phone, I would recommend i730 or i830.
