Is it me or a server somewhere?

I've been using Accutracking on a spare phone for several months now and have always been pleased with performance. I've done it more for fun than anything else.
I've carried an i730 for about a year and decided over the weekend to put Accutracking on it and share the tracking information on my personal website.
I set up the phone with the software and set up a client account. The phone seems to be working just fine, it acquires positions, sends data, and seems to be working just fine.
Here's the catch - nothing shows up on the website, it states "No Data". I come here to the AccuTracking website, log in and nothing shows up here either. I've double, triple, and quadruple checked to make sure all the numbers are correct, I've refreshed no less than a thousand times. It just seems like the data isn't getting here.
Any suggestions?

Also, I read in another post here someone said that Nextel keeps turning off his AccuTracking? Do they actually do this? And if so, how does one know they do it?

Thanks,
Kel

Appears that you don't have the "Total Connect" from Nextel.

I don't think Nextel can "turn off" AccuTracking on your phone. They can "turn off" (or have problem in) the "Total Connect", which is the network data plan used by AccuTracking.

After playing with this for an hour or two, it finally dawned on me that the i730 is a company phone and probably doesn't have a 'total connect' plan. Duh!
Then, I came back here to see my question was answered, only after I figured it out on my own and slapped myself in the head several times.
I'm sure that's the problem, I'll check the plan options in the morning and give it another try.

Thanks, (I feel stupid)
